I’m not sure if it’ll catch on, but here’s my version of the old ASSUME acronym as it pertains to food and health!
Arbitrary as these delineations often are, the new year, new month, new week, etc., can provide effective psychological motivation to start fresh, turn a new page, begin a new chapter, welcome the new and ring out the old. With that said, here are 4 suggestions of some actions and habits you may want to make a part of your new you!
Is Nature perfect or flawed? Well, I can tell whether you really believe Nature is perfect or flawed based on certain traits, habits, practices and even fleeting statements you make. Why is that important? Well, your real answer to that question will determine your success in your pursuit of perfect health, long life and the fountain of youth as you endeavor to live a natural life in our unnatural world!
