Hong Kong ranks among the top 5 countries in Asia for medical tourism based on the quality of care as well as the affordability. When I travel, I make sure I take advantage of that fact for colonics, chelation therapy and other products and services I’m not able to avail on Saipan! Here’s a short recap of my trip from Macau, an explanation of the process and the final cost.
A typical day when I travel.
I’m staying in a completely empty, unfurnished condo in Manila for a week. Fact: I’m a minimalist. Fact: I’m frugal. What are the bare necessities I’ve purchased for survival? Let’s take a cheap, er, I mean deep dive!
Last time, I showed you what I pack in my allowed carry-on item. (I pack for speed of travel). This time, I’ll share what I keep near me at all times in my “personal item.” These are the irreplaceable, valuable, oft-accessed items during my travels. Check it out:
Note: With no access to my Saipan mobile number, I cannot log in to my “Jamaican in China…And Beyond” Youtube account! No worries! The universe is perfect! I’ll upload my travel adventures on my AskaVegan channel instead! It’s all good, as I typically include vegan restaurant reviews from each destination!
