7 Things You Can ONLY Do Before, During & After an Extended Fast!

The time before, during and after an extended water-only or lemonade fast offers a rare opportunity to accomplish a few things that can only be done during this amazing window!

1. Monitor Vitals in a “Before & After” Way

If you’ve got an Magnetic Resonance Analysis Device, you can record over 50 vital markers (kidney, function, brain function, liver, etc.) and get the definitive answer to the question “Is the fast really healing me?”

2. Measure Range of Motion

3. Alter Your “Normal” Weight
