On January 1, 2026, I’ll be launching a unique project! It’s called “Operation Reboot: 12 Days. Zero Food. Lots of Charts.” and chronicles exactly what happens inside my (and, by extrapolation, your) body during a 12-day fast! On each day, you’ll receive a daily blog post as the fast unfolds!
However, this isn’t just any fast–and I’ve done many! This is an AI-Assisted Fast!
“What’s an A.I.-Assisted Fast?” you ask!

Here’s What I Did…
For 12 days, I woke every morning, weighed myself (on video), then took consistent 6:00am readings of 241 physiological markers (liver, kidney, spleen, heart, testosterone, body fat, etc.) using my Magnetic Resonance Analysis Device.

Logged the exact times & quantities of all daily activities (water consumption, bowel movements, baths, enemas as well as observations about them all).
Then, I created this…

Every day, I meticulously logged these 241 readings into a massive spreadsheet, created charts displaying the trends for 56 carefully-selected markers that you’ll find particularly useful (heavy metals, liver fat, blood lipids, blood sugar, testosterone, etc.),

…then I used ChatGPT to analyze those trends explaining the rises and falls on each day, identifying areas of concern as well as noticeable improvements and whether my body’s reactions were consistent with the known Phases of Detox and the Stages of Fasting.
As the fast rounded day 8…
…I created a “Fast Extender” supplement protocol to help me continue the fast and reap the autophay benefits by replenishing necessary minerals that wouldn’t activate digestion and break the fast…
Then, as the fast progressed to Day 10, then Day 11..
…ChatGPT was able to advise whether continuing the fast another day would be beneficial or ultimately harmful. I recorded those analyses (along with screenshots of the charts) into daily blog posts as well as a report that will be available in PDF format absolutely free and a paperback version you can purchase here or on Amazon!
